UM Calm is a lemon lime flavoured vegetarian oral powder that contains 300 mg of magnesium per 7.5 g dose to help support nervous system function, as well helping to relieve tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium can also help relieve muscle cramps when dietary intake is inadequate and choline aids in the synthesis of neurotransmitters.

Adults: Take 7.5g (1 heaped scoop) once a day, or as professionally prescribed.
Mix in 100mL of water or juice and consume immediately.
