Valerian and passionflower are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve restlessness and reduce disturbed sleep.
Choline aids in the synthesis of neurotransmitters.
Choline maintains cognitive function when dietary intake is inadequate.
Shake well before use.
A dose can be taken straight or mixed with water or juice and consumed immediately.
For short term use, maximum of 2 weeks without medical advice.
Take as recommended, or as professionally prescribed.
Children 6-12 years: Give 10 mL one to two times a day.
Children 13-17 years: Give 20 mL one to two times a day.

Use only under adult supervision.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
