It help to reduce the occurrence of common colds and help enhance vitality. Siberian ginseng has been included to relieve fatigue and aids recovery from illness and holy basil acts an an antioxidant to protect from free radicals formed in the body.

Astragalus is traditionaly used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to improve immunity, reduce the occurrence of common colds and support the immune system to fight illness.
It is also used in TCM to increase vitality and relieve feelings of weakness and fatigue.
Astragalus is traditionally used in TCM to help the body adapt to stress.
Siberian Ginseng aids in the recovery from illness and relieves fatigue and feelings of weakness and supports a healthy stress response in the body and maintains energy levels.
Holy Basil is an antioxidant, which reduces free radicals formed in the body.
Adults: Take 1 tablet two times a day, or as professionally prescribed.
